Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle busy multi-line phone systems, schedule and dispatch service calls, and provide outstanding customer support. Initially, responsibilities will focus on answering calls, scheduling service appointments, filing, and preparing proposals. Over time, you will receive cross-training in dispatching and additional administrative tasks.
